We do not provide refunds; Studio Credit only. Notice Requirement: To receive credit, notification must often be provided at least 24 hours or up to 7 days in advance via phone or email. No-Show Policy: No-call, no-show participants usually forfeit all fees. Studio Cancellation: If the studio cancels due to low enrollment or weather, a credit will be offered.
